I have been reading Jewish texts for quite a while now, and I usually use sefaria.org for this (consider this an ad if you're into ancient religious texts). It has a certain feature that I find extremely useful: whenever I select a word it gives a translation, like this.

I tried to find a similar instrument for other languages but couldn't. That's why I made my own! It doesn't have a lot of integrations, but it fulfills its purpose. For example, I can read Tao Te Ching while looking up hieroglyphics on the fly.
